Responsibilities
  • Take the lead on compliance projects while working with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance policies and procedures are reviewed and integrated into Vonage’s operations.
  • Assembles project teams and aligns roles and responsibilities for all project resources.
  • Ensures project progress is tracked and team members are providing progress updates.
  • Manages project scopes, issues, risks and estimates work efforts. Ensures change controls are executed appropriately.
  • Documents agendas, meeting minutes, action items, project plans, and issue logs.
  • Communicates project statuses to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and coordinate audit processes requested by key external partners.
