Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Provide bespoke and informative consultations to clients, helping them discover or design their desired jewellery pieces in person or online.
  • Assist clients in selecting jewellery by offering personalised advice and education, guiding them through customisation, and preparing independent custom quotes.
  • Coordinate aftercare service consultations, including resizing, repairs, and lifetime warranty claims, with a fast turnaround and high client satisfaction.
  • Promote the company's commitment to ethical practices and community initiatives.
  • Participate in daily showroom setup and opening, and ensure consultation desks and other showroom areas are clean.
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks such as stock takes, changing product displays, and managing postage tasks as required.
