  • Strong experience managing account relationships via phone and email.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Ability to listen, analyze data, and resolve conflict.
  • Ability to talk or hear, sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
  • Ability to frequently lift or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 35 pounds.
  • Ability to work in an open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.
  • Ability to work on a computer and mobile phone for multiple hours with frequent interruptions.
  • Ability to use stairwells to attend meetings and engage with employees on multiple floors throughout the building.
Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion and upselling.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the product range and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to orders and deliveries.
  • Respond professionally to product and service questions by providing information about other products and value-enhancing services.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through follow-up and interaction with clients and sales representatives.
  • Complete follow-up communications with clients regarding order and payment status.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns, identifying causes, selecting and explaining solutions, expediting corrections or adjustments, and following up to ensure full resolution.
  • Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
  • Provide management with insights and recommendations about potential products or services by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities and related risks, assess situations, and propose actions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and create tailored ecommerce solutions.
  • Manage the fulfillment process, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.
  • Liaise with warehouse contacts to ensure timely resolution of inventory, substitution, and fulfillment issues.
  • Track and manage customer sample requests to meet critical meeting dates.
  • Act as a communication link between key buyers and internal teams.
  • Navigate multiple customer web portals.
  • Process orders and manage data via electronic data interchange platforms.
  • Proactively evaluate and confirm customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Communicate with internal departments to ensure orders are processed and shipped according to customer guidelines.
  • Travel occasionally to trade shows as required.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working with an enterprise resource planning system such as X3 is a strong plus.
