Requirements
  • A diploma in physiotherapy is required.
  • The candidate must be a member in good standing of the Ordre professionnel de la physiothérapie du Québec (OPPQ).
  • The candidate must be able to work autonomously across different clinical sectors.
Responsibilities
  • Assess the functional abilities of patients.
  • Develop and implement physiotherapy treatment plans.
  • Monitor patients’ clinical progress.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support recovery and maintain patient autonomy.
  • Participate in discharge planning and provide education to patients and their families.
  • Provide telephone on-call coverage on approximately three weekends during the assignment.
  • Provide coverage for two 24/7 services during the summer assignment.
