Requirements
  • Proven experience setting up, managing, and optimising advertising campaigns across various digital media platforms.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising formats, including display advertising using standard banners and rich media.
  • Confidence in analysing information, solving problems, and using data to make thoughtful, evidence-based decisions.
  • Proficiency in using Google Campaign Manager for campaign management.
  • Marketing qualification or prior experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Native Spanish language ability with English proficiency.
Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and execute business development opportunities within the client organisation, offering Tenerity marketing solutions and products.
  • Represent Tenerity in the day-to-day discovery and delivery of commercial development opportunities that positively affect key business indicators.
  • Ensure the implementation of the strategy and initiatives agreed with the client, as well as the achievement of financial targets.
  • Support the various Heads in delivering strategic development and retention initiatives.
  • Articulate the company’s proposition to the client in a qualified and consultative manner so that commercial development opportunities are successfully executed.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of key client review and reporting materials.
  • Act as a trusted advocate for the client’s interests within the organisation and provide evidence, justification, and support to advance key business indicators when required.
  • Optimise the value of the company’s assets, including marketing channels, resources, intellectual property, and product innovation.
  • Define commercial objectives with client group companies to increase the value of the partnership.
  • Support Partnerships in role performance and provide secondary support to colleagues.
  • Review, audit, update, and adhere to departmental procedures.
  • Complete ad hoc tasks requested by the manager.
  • Keep abreast of marketplace trends, feed back client requirements, and network at relevant industry forums.
  • Follow updates relating to the client and its group organisation.
  • Broaden the number of client contact points to strengthen the relationship.
  • Analyse threats and opportunities for Tenerity.
  • Question less familiar business issues and move between high-level numbers and detailed analysis.
  • Use analytical models effectively.
  • Launch new client campaigns across digital media platforms, including desktop, smartphone, and application channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to set up A/B tests to optimise campaign performance.
  • Use internal back-office systems, Google Campaign Manager, and QuickSight for reporting.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement strategies and tactics to optimise campaign performance and enhance return on investment.
  • Track, evaluate, and report on campaign effectiveness to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Research and network across the industry.
  • Identify the potential for major new developments.
  • Champion long-term client and customer needs while delivering service.
  • Understand negative client or customer feedback and perceptions.
  • Evaluate current service provision objectively and share improvement ideas constructively.
  • Benchmark the area’s service externally and identify unexploited opportunities.
  • Build a wide network of internal and external relationships.
  • Use different communication styles to influence others.
  • Create win-win outcomes for controversial proposals.
  • Present credibly to key clients.
  • Reach the appropriate people to sell key proposals.
  • Explore objections in depth, ask open questions, and probe beyond initial responses.
  • Consider the impact on others before making suggestions.
  • Listen to and draw out others’ concerns.
  • Adapt communication style to the person or situation and sell the benefits of an idea.
  • Maintain a friendly and efficient team environment.
