About the job
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
- Experience in financial analysis, financial planning and analysis, or corporate finance is required.
- Proficiency with enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management systems such as Sage or Salesforce, or similar systems, is required.
- Ability to translate large datasets into clear, actionable business insights is required.
- Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial leaders is required.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is required.
- Own and manage the company's annual budgeting and rolling forecast models.
- Perform monthly and quarterly variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
- Build and maintain financial dashboards and key performance indicators that drive operational visibility.
- Develop financial models to evaluate business initiatives, pricing, and performance.
- Serve as a strategic partner to operational leaders, translating numbers into action.
- Support senior leadership and board-level financial reporting.
- A Certified Public Accountant credential, Chartered Financial Analyst credential, or Master of Business Administration is preferred but not required.
