About the company

Richmark Properties manages apartment communities for property owners and investors in Texas and Oklahoma, serving the residents who rent homes at those properties. Its third-party management service adapts marketing and operations to each community, reflecting differences in owners' priorities and residents' needs. Owners receive monthly financial statements with explanations of budget differences, along with income analysis that tracks unpaid rent, lease expirations and local rental rates. This gives clients an operating view of their properties alongside the financial results of their investment. Richmark began managing properties in 1989 and is headquartered in Midlothian, Texas.
