Responsibilities
  • - Manage yearly IT programs portfolio by coordinating with various functional teams from Design to Service including Engineering, Sales, Product Configuration, Planning, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Services etc.
  • - Collect list of IT programs and status from each functional team and add them to the program portfolio for executive alignment
  • - Bring various functional teams together to perform prioritization of programs to determine which programs will make the cut for the next fiscal year
  • - Track the execution of programs as they continue to execute over the Fiscal year
  • - Serve as an  interface with a  customer sub-group within a business unit or functional area such as Sales, Operations, Engineering, Service and Finance for the purpose of business technology alignment, solution discovery, service management, project portfolio management and relationship management
  • - Analyze business requirements or issues, convert analysis to functional specifications, and design solutions to meet cross functional business requirements or resolve issues
  • - Perform and document software application configuration, prepare and execute testing  scenarios and scripts (unit, integration, performance, regression acceptance) and  data conversions
  • - Provide  business application functional support services  to meet performance, availability, customer service level agreement, and customer satisfaction targets
  • - Monitor specific IT systems or set of systems for availability, performance and capabilities and report anomalies through predefined process
  • - Oversee and/or complete root cause analysis and resolution of complex outages  or incident trends working with infrastructure and technical teams, support providers and application vendors
  • - Recommend and execute required corrective actions
  • - Participate in evaluation and recommendation of patches, point releases, major upgrades and new systems
  • - Deliver project and support services in area of responsibility within allocated budget
  • - Plan and manage  small to medium business application projects to ensure effective and efficient execution in line with  guardrails of scope, timeline, budget and quality
  • - Oversee/manage contingent workers performing project and/or support services
  • - Responsible for the selection, on boarding and off boarding of contingent workers in a timely manner
  • - Manage contingent worker project/task assignments and ensure work product quality
  • - Approve contingent worker time sheets/cost
