Based in Oklahoma City, INTEGRIS would be the third system to join the nonprofit, after Geisinger and Cone Health. It runs 10 acute and 10 specialty hospitals and employs 13,000 people. INTEGRIS will keep its name, brand, medical staff, and leadership team. Chief executive officer Timothy Pehrson said Risant will bring investments and capabilities INTEGRIS "couldn't make or build on our own, not at this scale and not this fast."
