At least 3–5 years of experience operating heavy equipment for grading and earthwork.

Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Position Summary
The Finish Grade Operator is responsible for operating heavy equipment—such as motor graders, dozers, and skid steers—to achieve fine grade tolerances for roads, pads, and other site work. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and strong coordination with the grading and site crews to meet project specifications and production goals.
