Requirements

At least 2 years of landscape installation experience.
At least 1 year of experience in lawn care and landscaping.
At least 1 year of experience managing a crew of 2 or more people.
A commercial driver's license (CDL) with a good driving record.
Familiarity with landscaping techniques and equipment.
Experience operating equipment such as skid steers, excavators, and backhoes.
Ability to read architectural drawings.
Ability to lift and carry 40 pounds, including mulch and fertilizer.
Ability to load and unload burlaps with plant cuttings onto a trailer, weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to bend, stoop, and twist continuously throughout the day.
Ability to work near direct automotive traffic and natural bodies of water.
Ability to work in extreme conditions, including temperatures exceeding 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods.
Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Oversee landscape enhancement and maintenance for a crew of two or more team members, providing hands-on leadership in soil work, planting, watering, and insect control.
Conduct site inspections and provide hands-on leadership and guidance for soil work, planting, watering, and insect control.
Ensure client standards are met while maintaining operational efficiencies.
Drive and maintain vehicles.
Train crew members, with a strong emphasis on safety.
Manage schedules and review charts and reports.

Job Summary

The Crew Leader Enhancement oversees landscape enhancement and maintenance of a crew of 2 or more team members, providing hands-on leadership in landscape enhancement and maintenance, including soil, planting, watering, and insect control. This role ensures that client standards are consistently met, while identifying and implementing operational efficiencies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure that client standards are met while maintaining operational efficiencies
Drive and maintain vehicles, train crew members with strong emphasis on safety, manage schedules, and review charts and reports.

Education and Experience:

2+ years of landscape install experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in lawn care and landscaping; supervisory experience desired.
Minimum 1 year experience managing a 2+ person crew
Commercial Driver's license (CDL) with a good record
Familiarity with landscaping techniques and equipment
Experience running equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc.)
Able to read architectural drawings
Strong leadership skills
Able to work well with others
Reliable transportation

Compensation Pay Range:

$22 - $25
