Requirements
  • Be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, or another closely related degree.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Communicate effectively orally and in writing and work cooperatively in a fast-paced, diverse team environment.
  • Complete an assessment for selection and a pre-employment drug screen.
Responsibilities
  • Schedule meetings and interviews and assist with Human Resources communications projects as requested.
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition and Corporate Human Resources team with projects as needed.
  • Assist with coordinating new-hire orientation.
  • Assist with responding to team member inquiries regarding Human Resources policies, employee benefits, and other Human Resources-related questions.
  • Assist with Human Resources information system file management.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and implement ideas for assigned projects.
