Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in managing teams of quota carrying account executives for B2B SaaS companies
  • 3+ years of successful quota carrying selling experience, ideally in a SaaS environment to SMB and/or MM space
  • Keen ability to leverage and interpret data for coaching and decision-making (numbers-driven)
  • Ability to travel for work-related events, as needed
  • Must live in the DFW metroplex
Responsibilities
  • Have an in-depth understanding of Canary’s products and sales motions to confidently provide coaching and mentorship to your sales team (must not be afraid to jump into sales calls)
  • Prioritize coaching to enhance revenue outcomes by assisting your team through the sales process (deal navigation, negotiation, discovery, etc)
  • Monitor sales performance: activities, pipeline generation, pipeline management, forecasts/quota attainment
  • Work closely with Sales Enablement to proactively identify and address sales training/enablement needs
  • Participate in hiring and interviewing process, as well as training and ramp-up of new team members
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in high velocity, transactional sales is desired
  • Experience within the hotel/hospitality technology space is a big plus
