About the Job

Requirements

  • Must be a Singapore citizen and have an active security clearance.
  • Have at least 4 years of cyber threat intelligence experience using multiple data sources, such as NetFlow, open-source intelligence, security information and event management systems, and malware repositories, to develop analysis products.
  • Have hands-on threat hunting experience, including packet capture analysis and industrial protocol inspection.
  • Have strong hands-on expertise with freeform and hypothesis-driven threat hunting methodologies.
  • Have experience serving in a customer-facing role and the ability to manage stakeholders independently and effectively.
  • Have strong technical and strategic writing skills for developing cyber threat intelligence analysis products, including confidence-based assessments and threat modeling frameworks such as the Diamond Model of Intrusion Analysis.

  • Drive industrial control systems and operational technology cyber threat intelligence research, analysis, and threat hunting using proprietary and commercial resources; perform freeform and hypothesis-driven hunts by analyzing network traffic and industrial protocols to identify anomalous behavior.
  • Support the client in establishing baseline operational technology asset and network behaviors across Singapore's critical infrastructure using Dragos Platform, Synapse, and complementary tools to validate and prioritize leads.
  • Contextualize industrial control systems and operational technology threats and risks relevant to the client's objectives, provide guidance on best practices and mitigations, and develop deep expertise in threats specific to the client's operational technology environment.
  • Translate technical hunt results into MITRE ATT&CK for ICS mappings and confidence-based assessments that non-technical stakeholders can act on.
  • Support the client during incident response engagements and exercises.
  • Develop industry-focused technical and strategic industrial control systems and operational technology cyber threat intelligence content and provide feedback to internal Dragos teams to maximize intelligence impact across the organization.

Desired Qualifications

  • Have deep knowledge of industrial control systems and operational technology threats across industrial verticals, including adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures; historical attacks; relevant technologies such as programmable logic controllers, human-machine interfaces, and remote terminal units; and network protocols and topologies.
  • Be able to independently scope, develop, and deliver cyber threat intelligence analysis using industry frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK for ICS, D3FEND, and the ICS Cyber Kill Chain.
