- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent command of English is required.
- Manage and lead the housekeeping team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure a high level of professionalism and work performance.
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and practices to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, while also ensuring the efficient use of resources.
- Oversee the daily operations of housekeeping, including the inspection of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate closely with other departments, such as Front Office and Maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences.
- Evaluate and address guest feedback related to housekeeping services promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure an adequate supply of cleaning materials and amenities.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for housekeeping staff and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
