Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Statistics, or Business Management is preferred
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits, ideally in a corporate HQ environment
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated expertise in data interpretation and reporting
  • Proficiency in using HRIS tools, such as Workday, is advantageous
  • In-depth knowledge of regional labor laws and compensation trends
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage and engage with stakeholders
  • Proven project management experience, with the capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a highly dynamic and ambiguous environment.
Responsibilities
  • Lead regional C&B initiatives, including annual salary reviews, market surveys and system implementations with external vendors
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Talent Acquisition teams, and business leaders to align C&B strategies with overall business objectives
  • Develop and implement global compensation frameworks, salary structures, and pay scales in alignment with global C&B strategy to support organizational goals
  • Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive pay positioning and maintain market relevance
  • Streamline and enhance offer processes while supporting hiring activities in assigned regions to improve efficiency and compliance
  • Utilize HRIS systems to manage and analyze compensation data, preparing detailed reports and dashboards on trends, budget utilization, and key metrics for leadership
  • Ensure all C&B programs comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements across the region.
