Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy.
Must be able to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 pounds.
Must understand written and verbal instructions.
Must be able to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without restrictions.

Responsibilities

Maintain daily housekeeping in the production area, including emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted parts, assisting with spray booth cleaning, and returning tools and equipment to their proper locations.
Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly condition.
Perform minor equipment and building maintenance or repairs as necessary.
Follow Caliber's Standard Operating Procedure and service center procedures to support timely completion of repairs.

Desired Qualifications

Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Auto Shop Helper to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but not limited to: Maintaining the daily housekeeping of the interior of the production area including daily emptying of waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted parts, assist in cleaning of spray booths, and placing tools and equipment in their proper location, maintaining parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion and perform minor equipment and building maintenance/repairs when necessary. The Auto Shop Helper will also follow all guidelines in accordance with Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedure and center procedures, which allows teammates to complete repairs in a timely manner.

OUR AUTO SHOP HELPERS FOR THIS POSITION CAN MAKE UP TO:

$17.00-$19.00 per hour
