- Availability to work one of the listed shifts: 10:00–18:20 or 13:20–21:40.
- Receive and manage emergency calls from customers whose vehicles have been involved in accidents or have malfunctioned, providing support and prompt action.
- Immediately contact occupants of affected vehicles using automatically received data, providing reassurance, initial guidance, and ongoing follow-up.
- Coordinate roadside assistance based on the initial vehicle diagnosis, arranging towing, a replacement car, accommodation, and other support needed to maintain customer mobility.
- Assist customers reporting vehicle theft by activating the tracking system, reporting the theft to police, and providing real-time updates on the vehicle's location.
- Provide personalized, empathetic, customer-centered service and clear guidance in high-stress situations.
- Record, monitor, and close emergency service cases in management systems; complete required fields accurately, monitor ongoing cases, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions.
- Prepare operational reports and indicators on emergency services to help meet defined service-level agreement and quality standards.
- Currently pursuing or having completed higher education.
- Knowledge of mobility processes and automotive services.
- English language ability.
