Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Manage and scale the UGC and affiliate programs across social and e-commerce platforms.
  • Recruit, onboard, and nurture creators, affiliates, and brand partners.
  • Develop briefs, track deliverables, and ensure content aligns with brand voice and goals.
  • Monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and report on key performance indicators and return on investment.
  • Collaborate with creative, social, and paid teams to repurpose high-performing content.

DNAM Brands designs, manufactures, and distributes apparel and accessories for men, women, and children, including private-label programs and a broad portfolio of licensed brands. It runs in-house design, product development, sampling, and production, plus licensing program management, with a global logistics network that handles inventory, shipping, and delivery to retailers and consumers.
