Summary:
As a Customer Analytics Manager, you translate data into actionable insights for ZipRecruiter’s Enterprise customers. Your work shows customers how best to leverage our products to support their hiring goals.
Key Focuses:
- Ability to analyze large datasets, distill them into actionable insights, and present those findings in a compelling story to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Build and maintain rapport as a product and industry expert for customers and customer-facing teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in the development, management, and maintenance of standardized reporting tools.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in statistics, market research, business, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven ability to use data visualization tools to provide actionable insights and reusable frameworks, preferably in digital advertising or ads monetization fields.
- 5+ years customer-facing experience, with the proven ability to present technical content to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and working with large datasets.
- Strong analytical skills, including qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques.
- Ability to initiate and complete projects with minimal guidance.
- Advanced knowledge of Google G Suite and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Travel Required: Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, especially Sales, Product, Decision Science, and Marketing.
- 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
- 5+ years experience in a client-facing role with Fortune 1000 companies
- Proficiency working with superset, databricks, and AWS web services
- Developed a deep understanding of a company’s ads business, analyzing trends and identifying opportunities for growth, and regularly presented findings to stakeholders.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-$135,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.
Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
