- Operate the Planet Fitness group fitness program, PE@PF.
- Create class schedules for members, including Orientation and DYOP (Develop Your Own Program).
- Proactively engage with members on the club floor regarding their fitness goals, instruct them in the safe use of equipment, and provide support as needed.
- Promote the Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor, offering assistance, supporting their fitness journeys, and upholding club policies.
- Frequently perform comprehensive walks of all fitness areas and quickly address identified issues.
- Perform prospective member calls and tours, assess membership needs, and offer Trainer services.
- Greet members and guests as they enter and exit the club and assist with check-in questions or concerns.
- Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with their inquiries.
- Regularly clean and sanitize exercise equipment, Black Card spa amenities, communal spaces, and the assigned area.
- Keep restrooms clean and sanitized, stocked, and clutter-free by following the routine cleaning schedule.
- Six to twelve months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred.

Informed by member feedback, the refreshed identity includes an updated gear logo, a new custom font and a revised version of the brand's iconic purple and yellow colour palette. The changes build on enhancements the company has made to the member experience since 2025, including expanded equipment offerings, refined club floor layouts and the rollout of new Black Card Spa amenities, such as red-light recovery. Planet Fitness said the new logo is designed to convey movement, progress and the collective energy of its Community, while the updated visual identity reflects the warmth, energy and optimism of its clubs. The operator's existing "thumbs up" icon will remain part of its visual identity. The brand identity is part of the company's plan to reignite Membership growth. The operator added around 1.1 million net new members in 2025, ending the year with 20.8 million members, but said growth got off to a slower-than-expected start in 2026. Membership reached 21.5 million by the end of the second quarter, unchanged from the previous quarter, as the company increased its focus on Marketing, member experience and retention. It also implemented a price rise which it was forced to pause, following negative feedback from members. The branding will begin appearing this month across new and remodelled clubs, marketing assets, Social media, the PF App and the company's website. Key in-club touchpoints will be rolled out across existing clubs through the first quarter of 2027. A new Planet Fitness is in the works for the old department store, located at 5301 West Genesee Street. The 22,000-square-foot gym will be next to the Drakos Urgent Care, which opened last year. The Town of Camillus approved the plan last spring. Construction started in the summer. The codes department said crews are currently working on the facade and interior framing. When it does, it will mark another milestone for the developer, who is trying to fill the remaining vacant space in the former Bon-Ton that closed in 2018. Peoria Planet Fitness moving to former sporting goods store. Published: Sep. 11, 2026 at 5:27 PM PDT PEORIA (25News Now) - A Planet Fitness in Peoria is moving to a new home. Planet Fitness officials confirm that the gym on North Sheridan Road will relocate to North University Street inside the former Dunham's Sports store. The new Planet Fitness is expected to open in early December, offering more space and improved parking for its members. A closing date for the location on Sheridan Road is not known, but the company said members should not see an interruption in their workouts during the transition.
