About the role

The Wind Technician II takes a leading role in troubleshooting,project scheduled maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, inspection, and operationson a U.S.wind site.Plays a role in mentoring WindTechnician Iemployees. Meets or exceeds contractual, company, and project requirements. Conducts self inprofessional, ethical, and respectful manner to peers, managers, and clients.This position is ideal for experienced field technicians seekinggrowthandautonomy.

This is a NON Travel, Local Site Role, located in Goodwell OK- Vestas 2MW Platform -Exp Required

WhatYou’llDo:

• Performequipment assessment andtroubleshooting,scheduled and unscheduled maintenanceand/or service activities. 

• Document accurately all serviceactivity,including parts/materials consumption, detailed taskexplanations, and task start and stop times using digital reporting systems. 

• Trainand mentortechnicianIinhealth, safety and environmental requirements, serviceactivities,andpreventativemaintenancerequirements. 

• Assistin project(s) coordination,logistics, planning, and trackingfor multi-project worktasks. 

• Participate in company and project health, safety and environmental, meetings,briefingsand documentation requirements. 

• Communicate issues and solutionsconciselyto leadership. 

• Adheres to, supports, and enforces all company policies. 

• Build andmaintainpositive relationships with clients, peers, and managers at the company and projects.  

• Work with InventoryControlto make sure projects are supplied properly with parts and consumables. 

• Able toparticipateand respond in an On-Call 24/7/365 rotation schedule 

• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor 

Qualifications / Requirements:

• 2+ years of wind turbine maintenance, service, and repairexperience. 

• Vestasplatform experience, LOTO, and certifications preferred (V100 & V110) 

• Strong understanding ofwindturbine systems and safety protocols. 

• Ability to work independently and travel on short noticetoassiston other projects. 

• Comfortableclimbing to andworking at heights, confined spaces,and inoutdoor environments. 

• Valid driver’s licenseandgood drivingrecord 

• Willingness to travel from time to time for training or to assist on other projects. 

• Willingness to train and mentor other employees. 

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. 

• Successful background check, MVR, and drug screenrequired. 

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

This role requires regular work at heights,confined spaces,physical stamina, and the ability to work a rotational on call schedule. Applicants must adhere to site safety practices and perform in variable outdoor environments. 

Travel:

As needed for training and toassiston other projects if necessary
