Responsibilities

Assist experienced installers with residential bathroom remodeling projects, specializing in acrylic bath and shower systems.
Learn to safely remove existing tubs, showers, and surrounding materials.
Prepare work areas by protecting customers' homes and ensuring a clean, organized job site.
Measure, cut, and install acrylic wall systems, tubs, shower bases, trim, and accessories under supervision.
Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites.
Operate hand and power tools safely while following company safety standards.
Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle, tools, and work area.
Assist with basic plumbing adjustments, carpentry, and finishing work as directed by the lead installer.
Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide customer service throughout each project.
Follow installation procedures and quality standards to ensure each bathroom is completed correctly and efficiently.
Attend training sessions and develop the skills needed to become a skilled bathroom installer.
Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

In this role, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience in bathroom renovations, specializing in installing high-quality acrylic baths. Pay: Starting hourly rate between $18-$20 an hour, with bonus opportunities based on performance.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with a standard day shift and potential for overtime.
