Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in project management and/or change management for IT initiatives.
- A degree in a technical discipline or equivalent education.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office in general.
Responsibilities
- Plan, control, and generally coordinate project activities as part of project management activities.
- Define monitoring indicators for deviations from project schedules and activity costs, and identify corrective actions.
- Prepare reports and participate in periodic project progress reviews.
- Perform change management activities to support the proper introduction of new technologies and services to end users.
- Design innovative models.
- Analyze organizational impacts.
- Define communication and training plans.
- Identify and manage activities for presenting and sharing new technological solutions.
- Prepare training materials and deliver training to end users.
Desired Qualifications
- PMP certification or equivalent certification.
- ITIL v4 certification or equivalent certification.
