- At least 5 years of experience in the games industry, including meaningful experience in live operations.

- Experience managing rapid-release content schedules and live operations for online multiplayer titles on console and PC platforms.
- Experience shipping console game titles, including working with first-party certification processes.
- Experience with scheduling tools and project budget management.
- Experience in risk analysis and mitigation, incident report tracking, and incident analysis.
- Ability to multitask and manage several important items at once without losing track of anything.

- Champion high-level live initiatives and coordinate across departments to meet delivery goals.
- Maintain the live team roadmap; triage, prioritize, and delegate tasks across the live team to keep operations running smoothly.
- Partner with quality assurance, production leadership, and release engineering to ensure successful first-party submissions and proper issue tracking.
- Communicate the health and status of online services regularly to leadership.
- Coordinate incident reporting for online tests and the live game, and re-examine processes to prevent similar issues in the future.
- Work with the live team and partners to ensure new content and events are delivered smoothly and on time to the community.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with internal departments and external groups.
- Identify operational and technical risks early and own mitigation strategies.
- Play the game.
- Experience working with remote studios and contractors.
- Deep understanding of online infrastructure best practices and methodologies, including performance, scalability, reliability, and security considerations.

On Thursday, Back 4 Blood developer Turtle Rock Studios announced that it’s no longer planning to develop new content for the game.
In a short update, Turtle Rock Studios confirms it’s not working on any more Back 4 Blood content.
Turtle Rock Studios has announced that it’s finished working on its cooperative zombie slaying FPS, Back 4 Blood, and won’t be producing any new content for the game.
