Requirements
  • 6+ years in a Logistics Planning, Inventory Planning or experiences in related Analytics or Technology roles
  • College Degree Required, MBA or Masters in Supply Chain Management preferred
  • Cross-border experience preferred
  • Thorough understanding of the connectivity of all points within a supply chain and the impacts one location has on another in an ecommerce business
  • Strong Analytic Skills with experience using advanced statistical functions in Excel
  • Ability to source and organize disparate data for operational use and conversion of reporting and tools into scalable technology applications
  • Experience prototyping Inventory Optimization Techniques
  • The ability to collaborate with internal and external partners to maximize opportunities and minimize risks
  • Strong commitment to continuously improve
  • Comfort working in a fast paced, rapidly growing environment where established processes may not exist
Responsibilities
  • Forecast Orders, Units and Inventory Levels at all key fulfillment locations by month, week and day
  • Partner closely with internal global logistics team to share forecasts, review results and troubleshoot variances weekly
  • Perform analytics to answer questions that will lead to improved KPI performance
  • Perform analytics to increase efficiency across the supply chain including optimization based fulfillment logic, order affinity and forward inventory positioning on shore or near shore.
  • Present Forecasts, Strategy and Plans weekly to executives
  • May manage 1 or more individuals
