FIS named World's Best Treasury Management Software by Global Finance.

FIS named World's Best Treasury Management Software by Global Finance. * Treasury * 13.08.2026 07:25 am As corporations expand internationally and scale global supply chains faster than their treasury teams can keep up, demand is rising for software that can handle currency exposure, multi-entity governance, and real-time liquidity across borders. Meeting those demands is what earned global financial technology leader FIS(R) recognition as the World's Best Treasury Management Software by Global Finance in the publication's 2026 World's Best Treasury & Cash Management Systems and Services Awards. Phil Beck, Portfolio Leader, Treasury at FIS said: "Corporate treasurers are being asked to manage more currencies, more entities, and more strategic decisions than ever before, often with the same team size they had five years ago. Being named Global Finance's Best Treasury Management Software validates our strategy of embedding AI and LLM's directly into the workflows where our clients spend their time meeting the needs of treasurers at every level of scale and complexity. This is where treasury technology has to go if it's going to keep pace with rapidly changing business needs." Global Finance selected honorees through a multi-tiered assessment combining provider submissions with input from industry analysts, corporate executives, and technology experts. Evaluation criteria included profitability, market share and reach, customer service, competitive pricing, product innovation, and the extent to which providers have differentiated themselves around core services. These awards highlight FIS' commitment to unlocking leading-edge solutions for businesses navigating today's increasingly complex money lifecycle. FIS Treasury and Risk Manager delivers real-time visibility and control across cash, liquidity and risk, through a scalable, secure platform. FIS empowers treasury departments with the latest in cloud-native technology to manage simple and complex treasury management requirements. FIS Neural Treasury, an AI suite that includes TreasuryGPT, enhances FIS solutions with AI-powered cash forecasting, AI-driven fraud detection, and robotic process automation for a range of operational activities. Treasurers can improve decision-making, forecast liquidity with greater accuracy, and surface anomalous payment activity earlier with these new and innovative capabilities. The Global Finance recognition follows FIS's ranking as the highest-rated provider for customer satisfaction in treasury management in IDC's SaaS CSAT Awards, and adds to a run of external recognition for FIS across the office of the CFO, including recent awards for its enterprise treasury and risk platforms.

FIS launches Digital One(TM) Commercial to help APAC banks scale business banking across growth markets.

FIS launches Digital One(TM) Commercial to help APAC banks scale business banking across growth markets. * 4 hrs ago FIS(R)(NYSE: FIS), a global leader in financial technology, today launched Digital One(TM) Commercial in APAC, completing the platform's global rollout and making it available to financial institutions across the US, EMEA, and APAC. Digital One Commercial gives financial institutions the digital infrastructure to serve all their business customers, from small businesses to big enterprises, across multiple markets from a single, core-agnostic deployment. The launch comes at a pivotal moment for commercial banking across APAC. According to Celent, corporate banking IT spending in APAC grew by 5.5% in 2025 and accelerated by 6.2% in 2026, as banks prioritize investment in client lifecycle management and corporate digital platforms. Yet many institutions still manage SMB and corporate clients on separate, country-specific systems while navigating market-specific compliance requirements[1], data sovereignty mandates requiring flexible cloud deployment, and rising expectations from business customers who demand the real-time, connected digital services now standard in retail banking. Government announces £15m for community mental health initiatives Digital One Commercial is purpose-built to serve business customers across the money lifecycle - from everyday cash management and payments through to trade finance, foreign exchange, and corporate treasury - addressing the commercial banking gaps that most constrain APAC financial institutions today: * Core-agnostic and API-first: Digital One Commercial connects to any existing core banking system and supports real-time, multi-rail payments across leading APAC schemes including PayNow, GIRO, FAST, and SWIFT/ISO, alongside trade finance and multi-entity liquidity management. * Single platform for every business segment: A composable architecture enables banks to serve small businesses, mid-corporates, and large enterprise clients on a single system, replacing separate platforms segmented by customer tier or geography, with capabilities adopted incrementally and without a full technology overhaul. * Built for APAC's scale and diversity: Native support for English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia, and Vietnamese, alongside multi-currency and multi-time zone capabilities, allows banks to scale across markets from a single platform instance. * ERP connectivity: Direct integration with ERP and accounting platforms embeds banking services into business workflows in real time, removing the need for treasury teams to switch between banking portals and internal systems. A leading APAC bank already runs Digital One Commercial across 15 countries on a single instance, serving approximately 350,000 business customers and over one million end-users, accelerating time-to-market for new products and growing commercial banking revenue without the complexity of managing separate country systems. "APAC's commercial banking landscape is among the most complex in the world, and too many banks are navigating it with separate systems built for individual markets rather than the region. The opportunity is not incremental improvement - it is helping banks unite their commercial banking operations, serve every business segment from a single platform, and unlock growth across the region," said Peter Boyer, Co-President, Banking Solutions, FIS. "In APAC, the shift toward platform-based commercial banking is accelerating, driven by the need to unify client experiences and support cross-border services," said Colin Kerr, Head of Banking and Payments, Celent. "Banks are increasingly prioritizing flexible, integration-led architectures that can sit alongside existing cores - making solutions such as Digital One Commercial highly relevant to current transformation agendas." Digital One Commercial is available globally, designed to serve regional banks scaling into new markets and global institutions looking to modernize their commercial banking infrastructure. FIS expands commercial banking platform to APAC region.

FIS expands commercial banking platform to APAC region. FIS has completed the global rollout of its Digital One Commercial platform by launching it in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, the FinTech company said in a Wednesday (Aug. 5) press release. The platform is already available across the United States and the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, according to the release. Digital One Commercial is a core-agnostic, composable commercial banking platform that enables banks to serve all their business customers on a single system without replacing their existing core systems. Its application programming interface-first architecture also integrates with accounting systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, the release said. Digital One Commercial supports real-time, multi-rail payments with native multi-language, multi-currency and cloud-ready capabilities for diverse regulatory environments, per the release. For the APAC region, Digital One Commercial supports payment schemes such as PayNow, GIRO, FAST and SWIFT/ISO. The platform also includes native support for English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia and Vietnamese. "APAC's commercial banking landscape is among the most complex in the world, and too many banks are navigating it with separate systems built for individual markets rather than the region," Peter Boyer, co-president, Banking Solutions, FIS, said in the release. "The opportunity is not incremental improvement - it is helping banks unite their commercial banking operations, serve every business segment from a single platform, and unlock growth across the region." Digital One Commercial was formerly known as Dragonfly Universal Online Banker and now operates within the FIS Digital One ecosystem, according to the FIS website. FIS reported Tuesday (Aug. 4) that its Banking Solutions business continued to outperform expectations during the second quarter. The business recorded another quarter of steady growth, with payments, issuing and recurring software revenue continuing to expand. "Our total issuing solutions acquisition thesis is playing out as expected with real client wins and revenue growth across the portfolio," FIS CEO and President Stephanie Ferris said during a conference call with analysts. FIS announced in May that it collaborated with Anthropic to develop a Financial Crimes AI Agent and that the companies plan to build additional AI agents for bank-grade operations. In April, FIS launched a new platform called Lyriq that enables banks to issue, manage and settle their own digital money while keeping those deposits on their balance sheet.
