Responsibilities
  • Train clients on the use of the features and functions of the service.
  • Establish rapport and credibility with diverse audiences.
  • Report software improvements and enhancements to software engineers.
  • Help clients adopt best practices in using the solution.
  • Manage time effectively to scope projects and ensure timely training.
  • Responsible for training clients using various techniques.
  • Collaborate with different departments to address training materials and programs.
  • Record client feedback and contribute to training resource material.
  • Maintain certification on all application material and quizzes.
