Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or Baccalaureate degree is required.
  • Prior experience in healthcare administration, Medicaid coordination, or billing is required.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Medicaid eligibility, enrollment, and reimbursement processes.
  • Ensure accurate eligibility determinations and compliance with Medicaid regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Work closely with the HMO Director and billing teams to support Medicaid Fee-for-Service (FFS) and Electronic Payment System (EPS) billing processes.
  • Optimize reimbursement and facilitate continuity of coverage for patients.
