About the Job

Requirements

  • Completed technical vocational training, further training as a master craftsman or technician, or university studies in electrical engineering, communications engineering, security technology, or building technology.
  • Several years of experience leading complex projects.
  • Knowledge in at least two of the following areas: intrusion detection systems, fire alarm systems, video surveillance systems, access control systems, or perimeter protection and hazard detection systems.
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and external service providers.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and tender documents confidently.
  • Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations for electronic security technology.
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
  • Strong customer orientation and well-developed communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide.
  • Class B driver's license.
  • Very good spoken and written German.

Responsibilities

  • Independently lead and manage large-scale projects in security and building technology.
  • Take responsibility for the technical, scheduling, and commercial delivery of projects.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage internal and external project participants.
  • Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and installation teams.
  • Monitor project budgets, resources, and schedules.
  • Conduct project, construction, and status meetings.
  • Manage change orders and change management.
  • Coordinate technical matters with customers, general contractors, specialist planners, and clients.
  • Support commissioning, system tests, and customer acceptance.
  • Ensure complete project documentation.
  • Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Service, and Operations.
