About the job
- Confirmed experience in industrial cleaning, ideally in the agri-food industry.
- A successful first experience managing a team.
- Knowledge of hygiene and food-safety standards.
- Ability to work staggered hours, including evenings, nights, or Saturdays.
- Rigor, organizational ability, natural leadership, and team spirit.
- Comfort with tracking and reporting tools.
- A Bac to Bac+2 qualification in hygiene, quality, agri-food, or an equivalent field.
- Supervise, support, and motivate a team of industrial cleaning agents.
- Plan and organize cleaning operations while respecting production constraints.
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and safety protocols and agri-food standards, including IFS, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001.
- Train new employees on procedures and best practices.
- Monitor service quality and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Manage stocks of cleaning products and equipment.
- Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams.
- Report activity to the DDQE Manager.
- Manage a team of 10 to 15 people, with team size varying according to seasonality.
- Experience in industrial cleaning in the agri-food industry.
- Certification related to industrial cleaning or food safety.
