About the Role
We’re seeking a Visual Designer who is ready to step into a role that blends creativity with impact. Whether you’re a seasoned designer or someone on the cusp of greatness, this position offers the chance to work on exciting projects and elevate your craft.
You’ll partner with a team of copywriters, art directors, and strategists to bring concepts to life across digital channels including social media (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), websites, and more. We’re looking for someone who not only has a sharp design eye but also a passion for solving problems with innovative visual solutions that align with our brand identity.
The ideal candidate is excited to create assets that span across the customer journey—from eye-catching social media ads to detailed explainer videos, all the way down to attention-grabbing designs. You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand’s visual presence and ensuring it resonates with our target audience.
This is a role for a hands-on designer who thrives on creating work that not only looks amazing but also serves a clear purpose.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and strategists to conceptualize and design standout visual content across platforms, including social, digital, and more.
- Design and develop high-quality creative assets that support both awareness campaigns and direct response objectives.
- Ensure brand consistency while also pushing creative boundaries to keep visuals fresh and engaging.
- Translate complex ideas into simple, visually appealing designs that communicate our brand values and messages clearly.
- Stay on top of design trends and apply innovative approaches to deliver cutting-edge creative.
We’re Excited About Your:
- 5+ years of experience in visual design at a top-tier agency or in-house creative team.
- A diverse portfolio showcasing your design expertise across multiple channels including digital, social, and print.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
- Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and adapt quickly to project needs.
- A passion for staying current with design trends and an eagerness to explore new techniques.
Pay Transparency:

The base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $105,000, with the final offer based on experience, skills, and location.
