- Cúram V6 certification.
- Experience leading JAD sessions.
- Experience mapping requirements to standard features and functions.
- Knowledge and experience with Cúram workflow and rules in Cúram Child Services modules.
- Manage IBM Cúram business analysis work or projects with distinct deliverables leading to a solution.
- Lead fit/gap and JAD sessions that map requirements to standard features and functions.
- Develop functional designs.
- Identify and document business processes, issues, value levers, metrics, and capabilities.
- Conduct detailed analysis and technical design of one or more child-services program areas to identify approaches that satisfy business requirements.
- Conduct and document gap analysis.
- Identify evidence needed to support requirements.
- Develop business and functional requirements specifications.
- Assist with designing the business solution.
- Assist with user acceptance testing.
- Interpret technical concepts for technical personnel and non-IT business users.
- Summarize and convey identified technical issues and problems.
