Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and mentor Managers and Supervisors to inspire excellence across all levels of the Member Services team.
  • Create a culture of accountability, professional growth, and high engagement to attract and retain top talent.
  • Set performance goals for leaders and their teams, monitor progress, and hold staff accountable to deliver results.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of Member Services across multiple channels (phone, email, portal, case management).
  • Refine workflows, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality of service delivery.
  • Drive change management initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Establish and evolve KPIs to monitor team performance, quality, and member satisfaction.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to identify trends, optimize workflows, and recommend improvements.
  • Partner with Workforce Management, Quality, and Analytics teams to align staffing, service levels, and performance outcomes.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Clinical, Product, Technology, Client Success) to ensure seamless execution of member strategies.
  • Act as the voice of the members in organizational discussions, bringing forward insights to inform company-wide initiatives.
  • Ensure escalation paths, communication flows, and collaboration processes are clear and consistently executed.
  • Support business growth by aligning team performance with organizational objectives and client expectations.
  • Lead process optimization and continuous improvement efforts that enhance member experience and operational scalability.
  • Represent Member Services leadership in strategic discussions, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities.

Progyny CEO outlines Progyny Select rollout for 2027 with IVF-only coverage and lifetime caps

Progyny CEO Pete Anevski outlined the company's utilization forecasting and the rollout of its fully insured product, Progyny Select, during a KeyBanc conference. He said the company focuses on actual benefit use rather than eligible lives counts, noting utilization has remained stable at approximately 1.03% to 1.09%. Anevski explained that Q1 consultations typically drive higher-revenue treatment activity in Q2 through Q4. The company forecasts using client history, industry patterns and where members are in their fertility journey. Progyny Select will target small-group employers through brokers and professional employer organisations, covering IVF only with lifetime caps and annual repricing to manage risk. Commercialisation begins now, but the product is expected to go live in 2027. Anevski said recent selling seasons showed no increased competition, with Progyny continuing to win "the majority of the time" against competitors.

Revenue reached $318.4 million, exceeding analyst forecasts of $303.9 million. For the full year, the company posted profit of $58.5 million on revenue of $1.29 billion. Progyny expects first-quarter revenue between $319 million and $332 million, with earnings per share of 42 to 45 cents. The company projects full-year revenue of $1.36 billion to $1.41 billion, with earnings per share ranging from $1.83 to $1.95.
