Requirements
  • A valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst certificate is required.
  • Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities is required.
  • A vehicle is required for travel between assignments.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • A Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification is required.
  • Candidates must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
  • Design treatment plans of care.
  • Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians.
  • Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to each individual.
  • Supervise and train Applied Behavior Analysis technicians, and implement, model, and monitor individualized behavior support and skill plans with them.
  • Provide caring support during family conversations so parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
  • Graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries.
