About the job
- A master’s degree is required.
- At least 15 years of Intelligence Community or other U.S. Government experience is required.
- At least 10 years of experience in management consulting, organizational development, or a related field is required.
- Understanding how data is collected, organized, and used to generate insights and inform decisions is required; coding is not required.
- Demonstrated program management skills, including planning, organization, and risk and issue tracking, are required.
- Experience with interagency or enterprise-wide coordination is required.
- Basic-to-intermediate Excel skills are required.
- Intermediate-to-advanced PowerPoint skills are required.
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects forward is required.
- Experience with meeting facilitation is required.
- Strong verbal communication and writing skills are required.
- At government direction, lead and facilitate efforts to identify and meet with partners to establish partnerships that yield datasets useful to the effort.
- Prepare briefings and talking points in support of government managers.
- Facilitate meetings and offsites.
- Support efforts to improve how business data is collected, managed, and used, focusing on efficiency, standardization, and process improvement across partner organizations.
- Identify how datasets and partner efforts align with the effort’s strategy and assess datasets for utility against the effort’s goals.
- Plan meetings with partners, including developing each meeting’s goals and agenda.
- Identify and facilitate the adoption of best practices in business and mission analytics.
- Familiarity with data structures, databases, and visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Background or experience in business analytics, or familiarity with business data.
- Familiarity with data governance and data standardization.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
