Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations with the general manager.
Monitor parts production.
Monitor staff production on all shifts.
Analyze costs for tractors and trailers.
Continually monitor tire costs to ensure competitive pricing.
Schedule employees.
Maintain vendor relationships.
Maintain and manage all company cars, ensuring they are in working order and serviced as required.
Oversee all equipment repairs and provide analytics to executives as requested.
Oversee training and scheduling for new hires, ensuring they meet all requirements to grow and work long term.
