About the Company

LaPrairie Group

Engineering, lifting, and heavy-haul logistics

LaPrairie Group provides heavy-industry services, including crane and rigging for super-heavy lifts, heavy-haul trucking, highway and bridge maintenance, slope stabilization, and environmental remediation, plus oilfield logistics and frac sand production under Canadian Silica Industries. It works through teams of hoisting engineers and riggers who create engineered lift studies and use a large fleet of cranes, trucks, and heavy equipment to plan and safely execute oversized loads with just-in-time delivery. What sets it apart is the blend of hands-on engineering expertise, a broad, capable fleet, recognition for environmental stewardship, and the ability to manage end-to-end projects across oil, minerals, and infrastructure in remote areas. Its goal is to complete complex, high-volume projects safely and efficiently by providing integrated lifting, transport, and site services wherever they are needed.
