Production Engineer
About the job
- Engineering degree in process engineering or an equivalent Bac+5 qualification.
- Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial tools.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical and chemical processes.
- Knowledge of the industrial environment.
- Ability to organize work independently.
- Ability to manage projects and use performance-management tools.
- Support the manager responsible for pharmaceutical active substances.
- Participate in updating sector documentation covering quality, health, safety and environment, and production, and conduct the required team training.
- Participate in managing sector production and take responsibility for selected health, safety and environment, quality, and performance actions.
- Lead productivity and performance improvement within the unit by developing action plans and conducting diagnostics.
- Monitor and analyze production data and determine improvement actions.
- Respond quickly to malfunctions in the assigned units involving quality, health, safety and environment, or performance.
- Participate in resolving and analyzing malfunctions using a methodical approach, such as 5M, QQOQCCP, and the five whys, across flows, equipment, or organizational processes.
- Act as the production representative for projects affecting the sector.
