Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, 5 years or more of graphic design experience at agency or in-house setting, or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of designs.
  • Passion and understanding of current and emerging design trends and visual culture.
  • Ability to translate insights into authentic narratives and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to adapt to change and handle multiple, competing priorities.
  • Strong visual and verbal communication skills, able to effectively present design intent to internal audiences.
  • Proficient in sketching, illustration, typography, print and pattern, color theory and layout.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and create original graphics for Women’s graphic t-shirts by researching and analyzing current market trends to inform design concepts.
  • Prepare detailed design specifications for production by utilizing design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create and modify artwork.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously to meet specified deadlines.
  • Participate in design reviews to provide constructive feedback to team members.
