  • 3+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience
  • Experience working at a start-up, in the tech sector, or in a similarly fast-paced environment
  • Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market research, talent mapping, negotiating offers, and influencing leadership decision-making
  • Previous experience using a modern ATS - Lever preferred
  • Target driven, detail oriented and approachable with the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
  • Ability to build and establish genuine relationships with both hiring partners and candidates; ability to flex to a variety of working styles
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of HR policies and US employment laws
  • Strong communication and written skills
Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, interview and hire candidates while ensuring a top candidate experience across all open positions
  • Work with a sense of urgency to ensure candidates are quickly moving through the process
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers by driving changes to the hiring and interview process, prioritizing needs across the organization, and providing a unique perspective on market trends and industry best practices
  • Build a diverse pipeline of candidates using creative sourcing channels
  • Create and deliver trainings on interview best practices to hiring managers and across the company
  • Ensure a high level of data integrity with our ATS (Lever) and other People systems
  • Adapt to changing headcount plans related to business outcomes and priorities
  • Assist in the coordination of interviews
