  • Demonstrated ownership of project scope, schedule, budget, and resourcing across multiple concurrent engagements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, and collaboration platforms including SharePoint and Zoom.
  • Ability to travel for work, up to 50%.
  • A passion for cybersecurity and a commitment to maintaining high security standards.
  • All employees must complete a background check and obtain CJIS certification.
Responsibilities
  • Own the full delivery lifecycle for a portfolio of concurrent cybersecurity engagements, managing scope, schedule, budget, communications, and quality.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies), and status reporting.
  • Coordinate resourcing and scheduling across consultants, managers, engineers, and assessors based on availability, skills, location, and client need.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and scope changes, and escalate appropriately.
  • Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for assigned clients, managing expectations and communication cadence.
  • Coordinate external and internal kickoff meetings, working sessions, internal syncs, and stakeholder touchpoints; prepare agendas and ensure attendees are equipped.
  • Capture and distribute decisions, action items, and next steps, and drive outstanding actions to closure.

  • Meet key internal stakeholders and become proficient at project management tools and reporting requirements.
  • Independently own an assigned portfolio of engagements, including scope, schedule, budget, RAID logs, client communication, and status reporting, with minimal escalation.
  • Maintain accurate records in tools, including time tracking, expenses, billing inputs, and project data, at the stated 95% correctness rate.
  • Build trust as the primary delivery contact with assigned clients by setting communication cadence and proactively managing expectations.
  • Identify, appropriately escalate, and drive at least one risk, issue, or scope change to resolution before it becomes a delivery problem.
  • Carry a full portfolio of concurrent engagements at expected capacity, with a track record of on-time, on-budget delivery across fixed-fee and time-and-materials structures.
  • Contribute at least one adopted improvement to PMO processes, templates, or tooling.
  • Develop fluency in Apollo's cybersecurity service lines—assessments, managed services, and incident response—sufficient to hold substantive delivery conversations with technical teams and clients.
  • Maintain a clear, shared view with the manager on portfolio growth.
Desired Qualifications
  • PMP, CAPM, CSM, or equivalent project-management certification.
  • Experience with a Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool; Cloud Coach experience is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity services delivery, including assessments, managed services, and incident response.
