About the job
- You are enrolled in a degree program in business/economics, social sciences, (business) psychology, or a comparable program.
- You have gained initial professional experience in HR/recruiting through an internship or working-student position.
- You have good Microsoft Office skills and are comfortable learning new programs.
- You are interested in recruiting and willing to take responsibility and contribute proactively.
- You have strong communication and organizational skills, can communicate with different hierarchy levels and stakeholders, and work well in a team and independently.
- Support the team in its day-to-day operations.
- Advise departments on external recruitment, including creating job advertisements for different target groups and publishing them on job portals.
- Select applicants independently and manage communications, including coordinating interview appointments.
- Participate in interviews and conduct telephone interviews independently.
- Communicate with external service providers and agencies, such as the Federal Employment Agency, as part of the recruiting process.
- Process invoices and maintain and further develop the applicant management tool.
