  • 3+ years of experience in a similar planning or related supply chain role
  • Strong Excel skills, including comfort with vlookups, pivot tables, and other formulas
  • In-depth knowledge of the CPG industry and Contract manufacturers preferred
  • Proficiency of inventory management systems such as Netsuite preferred
  • Strong understanding of planning tools such as Anaplan with the ability to model build
  • Assisting with Master Resource Planning by arranging manufacturing for multiple skus within requested timeframes
  • Serving as a stakeholder with the Demand team to plan and execute inventory levels
  • Tracking inventory levels versus obsolescence across Siete’s distribution center network
  • Creating Purchase Orders according to the Supply Plan and submitting them to co-manufacturing partners
  • Monitoring monthly and weekly production plans to ensure manufacturing is on schedule
  • Partnering with the Contract Manufacturing team to develop and maintain effective relationships with co-manufacturing partners
  • Collaborating with the Customer Operations and Warehouse teams to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Creating regular production and inventory reports and working closely with the Supply Planning Manager to present findings
  • Monitoring and measuring team KPIs such as Fill Rate %, On Time %, Inventory Turns, etc.
