Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a business focused analytically-driven role
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or R
  • Project experience with AB Testing is a plus
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, and PowerBI
  • Strong written, communication, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
  • Develop business and product strategies for growth and profitability
  • Provide insight and analysis based on internal and external research
  • Work with large and complex data sets using advanced analytical techniques
  • Analyze data to identify gaps and provide recommendations
  • Design and analyze AB tests for new features
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product decisions
  • Own end-to-end analytics workflow and provide leadership
  • Mentorship and guidance on projects
  • Help teammates and learn about all aspects of the space
