- Employment is conditional upon successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen.
- Manage all aspects of post-sale relations between 360Care and contracted long-term care facilities.
- Manage communication with facility contacts, territory marketers, and other management.
- Manage duties performed by dental and ancillary coordinators assigned to the territories, including planning and coordinating facility clinical visit schedules.
- Edit and distribute schedules created by the dental and ancillary coordinators.
- Manage direct reports.
- Manage territory logistics, including supply ordering and inventory management.
- Submit provider credentialing information to facilities.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information and comply with HIPAA and PHI guidelines.
- Support and comply with all components of the compliance program, including completing training and reporting suspected violations of law and company policy.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
