Requirements
  • Students must be enrolled in a co-op program at an accredited engineering school, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, or a related degree.
  • Candidates must be able to complete at least three full-time, alternating co-op rotations before graduation and should avoid a full course load while working.
  • Candidates must be available for the first rotation in Summer 2027, the second rotation in Spring 2028, and the third rotation in Fall 2028.
  • Candidates must be able to use time productively, work independently and within a team, maintain attention to detail, and communicate verbally and in writing across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Candidates may occasionally need to climb permanent and temporary stairs or ladders, use passenger hoists, navigate active construction areas, and handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to support controls projects from initiation through final closeout.
  • Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment by working directly with vendors and suppliers.
  • Assist with project cost tracking and provide regular updates on budget performance.
  • Plan with Project Managers and Field Team Leaders to meet schedule milestones with field teams onsite.
  • Survey project sites routinely for adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
