Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a relevant field.
  • Proven experience working in a customer support role using a case management platform.
  • Experience with Client/Server Operating Systems and Cloud solutions.
  • Ability to understand and learn complex systems while communicating with different stakeholders.
  • Ability to work against tight deadlines within an exciting environment.
  • Strong skills in critical thinking, decision making, problem solving, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
  • Investigate issues raised by Board users while using mission-critical solutions.
  • Work on open product-related cases, focusing on root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Communicate with customers via email, calls, and the ticketing platform on a daily basis.
  • Regularly communicate investigation and fix progress and statuses to several stakeholders.
  • Research and document issues as Knowledge Base articles.
  • Attend and support implementation projects onsite when required.
  • Collaborate with Software Development, Professional Services, Pre-Sales, and Sales Consultants to resolve highly complex technical issues related to solution deployment.
  • Meet Board's Premium Support obligations to customers and ensure adherence.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience with SaaS and Enterprise Performance Management software.
  • Knowledge of Network Management.
  • Familiarity with SQL and ODBC data source connections.

The company introduced the FP&A Agent and Controller Agent, designed to automate financial tasks including three-statement modelling, variance validation, and financial consolidation. Board, an enterprise planning platform provider, has launched Board Agents built on Microsoft Foundry, delivering AI agents for finance, supply chain and merchandising planning. The platform raised $120 million in a Series C round, though no valuation was disclosed. The initial release includes FP&A and Controller Agents for finance departments, with Merchandiser and Supply Chain Agents to follow. Built natively into Board's platform using Microsoft Azure's agentic AI tools, the agents are designed for specific planning roles and can collaborate on complex multi-dimensional decisions.
