Responsibilities
Execute security protocols and maintain detailed duty logs.
Become proficient in Standard Operating Procedures across multiple sites.
Maintain security posts and conduct patrols as needed to ensure safety and security.
Remain vigilant for irregularities and potential safety hazards, promptly addressing concerns.
Participate in emergency response, providing assistance and guidance to employees, visitors, and guests.
Enforce site regulations and intervene in rule infractions professionally and tactfully.
Monitor staff movements to uphold public safety and security.
Investigate and document incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities.
Maintain accurate written logs according to post requirements.
Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers, employees, and visitors.
Desired Qualifications
Residency in the Greater Boston area is preferred.
Two or more years of similar-role experience is preferred.
Knowledge of security systems and surveillance equipment is preferred.
CPR, First Aid, AED, NARCAN, MOAB, or ACT I, II, or III certification is preferred.
An associate degree or higher in Criminal Justice or a related field is preferred.
Experience documenting observations, providing customer service, and following security procedures is preferred.
Previous concierge experience is preferred.
Two to three years of advanced unarmed security guard experience is preferred.

coverage across various sites. As a per-diem guard you will have the opportunity to pick and choose shifts that need coverage that fit your schedule.
We would provide you training relevant to all of our sites, then you would have the ability to pick up shifts across the Greater Boston area at a $22 an hour rate.
