Requirements
  • A master's degree or higher in the subject matter or a closely related field.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds, including individuals with disabilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States.

  • Successful completion of a background check, including employer verification, reference checks, criminal history checks, and, when applicable, credit or driving history checks.
Responsibilities
  • Teach assigned courses in accordance with approved course descriptions, class schedules, and institutional standards.
  • Evaluate and assess student learning outcomes.
  • Provide student support, mentoring, and academic advising.
  • Develop curriculum and periodically review and update instructional materials.
  • Be available at reasonable times to confer with students outside of class.
  • Maintain accurate student records.
Desired Qualifications
  • One or more years of teaching-related college-level courses, equivalent to at least 24 credits.
  • Experience using technology to enhance the learning environment, such as Blackboard, online instruction, or other modalities and software.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
